2019 Festival of Walks, May 24th - 27th
Llanelli Ramblers organise and host the annual Llanelli Festival of Walks which is a Spring Bank Holiday event that has attracted hundreds of visitors to the town since its beginnings in 1995 and has established Llanelli as a popular centre for walking. The 2019 Festival of Walks will run from 24th – 27th May and a warm welcome is extended to all, old and young, non-members and members alike. There will be a choice of 15 walks to suit all ages and abilities, in areas including Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Gower Peninsular, the Black Mountains and Nye Bevan’s Tredegar.
To close the Festival this year, in place of the traditional Welsh Tea, we shall be offering returning walkers on Bank Holiday Monday a complimentary cuppa and Welsh cakes in the Catholic Hall, Llanelli.

A Successful 2018 Festival of Walks
Some photos of the 2018 Festival of Walks – the 23rd since its small beginnings in 1995 – which proved to be another successful event in the Llanelli Ramblers calendar. The weather was kind to us and the walks were varied, as can be seen on the programme to be found on the Archive page of this website, and were well received by the many visitors and members who took part. We look forward to welcoming many of you back to the 2019 Festival.
